Chaotech Pty Ltd recognises that the disciplines of quality assurance, health and safety and environmental management are an integral part of its operation.
Compliance with ISO9001 means that Chaotech manages quality and business is conducted according to the following principles.
Chaotech will:
- Work closely with our customers and suppliers to establish the highest Quality standards
- Follow the concept of continuous improvement
- Communicate our Quality objectives and measure performance against these objectives
- Take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates and subcontractors and others
- Train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of quality assurance
- Expect to achieve an overall reject rate of less than 0.25% of parts manufactured
- Expect to achieve a minimum of 95% of deliveries on time to all customers
- Endeavour to comply with all applicable statutory laws and statutory regulations
